Sourcing Professional – Buying/Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing Professional to join our innovative Sourcing and Procurement team. In this role you will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier tenders, and ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute supplier tenders to support internal business demand.
• Negotiate, execute, and maintain supplier contracts in line with local policies.
• Develop, qualify, and manage existing and new suppliers aligned with business strategies.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety, ethical and regulatory standards.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business requirements.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization.
• Support long‑term sourcing and distribution management strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, administrative or related field).
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and ethics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to work under pressure.
• Adaptable to fast‑changing environments and committed to continuous learning.
