Sourcing Specialist – Chocolate and Compound NA/LA

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Sourcing Specialist focused on chocolate and compound categories across North America and Latin America. You will leverage market insights and data analysis to shape sourcing strategies, support spend category teams, and drive continuous improvement of strategic sourcing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for chocolate and compound spend categories.
• Conduct make‑or‑buy analyses and manage spend and market analytics.
• Generate insights from bid events, prepare negotiation materials, and support supplier negotiations.
• Assist project execution, supplier relationship management, and ensure compliance with sourcing controls.

Required profile

• 4+ years of sourcing experience in FMCG or related industries.
• Degree in Administration, Engineering or related field; MBA in Supply Chain is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in raw‑material purchasing, preferably cocoa and chocolates.
• Knowledge of commodities and SAP; COUPA/Ariba knowledge preferred.
