About the role
As a Specialist Product Engineer you will be a key point of contact for product activities within the Automotive Division at 3M’s San Luis Potosí plant. You will collaborate with global 3M teams and internal divisions on automation, productivity, change management, product quality, design and new‑product introduction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead automation projects that improve plant efficiency.
- Lead productivity projects to increase output and reduce waste.
- Interact with business units, divisions and local manufacturing to align objectives.
- Support plant growth through continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing, product & process engineering within the automotive sector.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
