Specialist, Technology Infrastructure, On Site Services

About the role

As a member of the on‑site services team, you will provide technical support and ensure operational excellence for IT services across Mondeléz Mexico. You will collaborate with global, regional and local technology teams to deliver enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with technology teams at all levels to implement enterprise initiatives cost‑effectively.
• Oversee vendors delivering network, hosting, end‑user computing, printing, and voice services.
• Provide leadership for IT field services, ensuring seamless alignment with the broader IT organization.
• Manage resource planning with vendors to meet the needs of the country or business unit.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational performance.

Required profile

• Experience in infrastructure technology and vendor relationship management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with internal and external customers.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage supplier contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site; no relocation support available.
