Specialized Trainer

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Specialized Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs for its staff in Mexico. The role supports Airbus' strategic objectives and local regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full training lifecycle (preparation, initiation, development, closure) for staff.
• Promote safety during training sessions and prevent accidents in the training environment.
• Report on KPI status (SQCDP) to continuously improve training quality.
• Implement certification and training plans for personnel.
• Maintain training rooms according to 5S standards and ensure inventory of materials and tools.
• Develop and update internal and external training and certification programs.
• Keep accurate records of all training activities, both internal and external.
• Promote Airbus values in all training-related activities.
• Organize physical and digital documentation of the training area.
• Administer training satisfaction surveys and monitor ongoing training needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in aeronautical processes.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Understanding of cognitive processes.
• Ability to clearly express and conceptualize ideas.
• Results‑oriented mindset.
• Operational coaching experience.
