About the role

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Sports Travel Coordinator. This entry‑level, fully remote position focuses on helping clients plan and execute travel and logistics for sporting events, tournaments, and group experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements for sporting events, including hotels, transportation, and travel packages.
• Support event‑related planning such as scheduling, itinerary creation, and on‑site logistics.
• Communicate travel details, timelines, and event information clearly to clients.
• Review reservations for accuracy (dates, locations, traveler details).
• Maintain organized records of bookings and client communications.
• Provide follow‑up support before and after travel or events.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote or structured environment.
• Customer‑service, hospitality, or event‑coordination experience is helpful but not required.
