Sr Finance Process & Automation Analyst

About the role

Klar is looking for a Senior Finance Process & Automation Analyst to join its Mexico City office. You will help streamline the monthly accounting close by designing and implementing automation solutions for high‑volume banking products and other critical finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement automation solutions for the monthly accounting close, focusing on core banking products and high‑volume accounting processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and automated workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and document controls, monitoring, and exception‑handling processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and traceability of automated accounting activities.
• Build tools and dashboards that monitor the accounting close, reconciliations, exceptions, and data quality.
• Work closely with FinOps, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to align automation initiatives with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in finance process automation or related accounting functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design end‑to‑end automated workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross‑functionally with finance, product, and engineering teams.
