Sr Manufacturing Technician

About the role

You will report directly to the Sr Manufacturing Engineer and work from our Juarez, Mexico facility. In this position you will ensure that all PCBA repairs meet the highest quality standards, directly contributing to product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on PCBA components to verify functionality and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications performed on PCBA units.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or electronic component repair, specifically PCBA.
• Strong knowledge of electronic repair processes and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field is valued.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented setting.
