Staff Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team, responsible for accurate financial reporting across multiple asset classes and geographies. The role involves handling month‑end close activities, tax reconciliations and supporting audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and book monthly entries related to Management Agreements, including revenue/expense allocations and management fees.
• Prepare allocation tables for indirect expenses and revenue items; maintain Fixed Asset reimbursement entries.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial duties during month‑end close, supporting the broader finance team.
• Assist with reconciliation of tax filings against collected taxes.
• Support the Financial Reporting Manager in meeting annual audit requirements.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve financial reporting accuracy and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and proactively.
• Team‑player attitude with a commitment to supporting colleagues.
• Advanced English proficiency.
