Steward (Kitchen)

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Ciudad de México is seeking a dedicated Steward to support the kitchen team. You will ensure that all kitchen tools, equipment and surfaces are clean, sanitized and ready for service, contributing to the high‑standard guest experience the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all kitchen utensils, ovens, steamers, mixers and other equipment using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Sanitize drains, sinks, floors and walls in accordance with Four Seasons hygiene standards.
• Safely handle, store and dispense cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment while performing cleaning tasks.
• Assist with routine kitchen maintenance and report any equipment issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food‑service cleaning role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift and move equipment as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment cleaning.
