Strategic Recruitment Sourcing Specialist – Construction

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Strategic Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to lead proactive talent acquisition for construction projects. You will identify, engage, and nurture high‑caliber passive candidates, building forward‑looking talent pipelines aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven, multi‑channel sourcing strategies using market data, candidate intelligence and talent insights.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, AI‑enabled tools and niche platforms to map talent markets and build targeted pipelines.
• Conduct consultative phone screens to assess candidate interest, qualifications and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters, Strategic Talent Partners and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and skill forecasts.
• Maintain warm, engaged talent communities and provide regular market updates.
• Act as a trusted sourcing advisor, sharing market intelligence and influencing hiring decisions.
