Strategic Sourcing Specialist II

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist II is responsible for maintaining accurate supplier information across ERP and legacy systems, supporting global vendor communications, and ensuring compliance with finance and audit requirements. The role works closely with internal finance, purchasing, and AP teams to resolve disputes and improve sourcing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Update and validate supplier data in ERP and legacy platforms.
• Investigate and resolve electronic payment rejections and vendor disputes.
• Generate metrics and reports on volume, issues, backlog, and SOX compliance.
• Perform quality controls and banking data validation for new and existing vendors.
• Collaborate with global vendors, internal customers, and finance teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support audit compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project‑oriented tasks requiring cross‑functional coordination.
