Supervisor, CSR & Corporate Communications

About the role

The Supervisor, CSR & Corporate Communications will join Disney Mexico in a part‑time capacity to lead the local execution and adaptation of corporate social responsibility initiatives. This role bridges regional CSR strategy with local corporate communications, ensuring CSR drives brand equity and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of social investment initiatives in Mexico, including signature programs, cause‑marketing campaigns and volunteering activities.
• Adapt regional CSR strategies to local business priorities, ensuring consistency across markets.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables and operational excellence for CSR projects.
• Monitor performance, impact metrics and reporting, identifying opportunities to reinforce Disney’s reputation.
• Define and manage CSR advocacy plans, building relationships with non‑profits, community partners and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary local point of contact for CSR initiatives and represent Disney at external events, forums and partnerships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, HR, Corporate Communications and other business teams.
• Partner with Corporate Communications and agencies to amplify CSR initiatives through storytelling, media opportunities and localized communication materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading CSR or social impact programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership building abilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and performance metrics.
