Responsabilidades principales
- Preparar y ejecutar el proceso de la junta matutina ya estandarizada dando a conocer los KPIs del día anterior y los PIs del día reforzando temas de seguridad.
- Auditar los procesos de entrega y seguridad en ruta de acuerdo a la agenda del supervisor, monitoreando que se lleven a cabo a través del seguimiento a los tiempos en el mercado.
- Asegurar que se cumpla el proceso vespertino de liquidación, apegado a la seguridad dentro del CD, monitoreando tiempos de rutas, devoluciones y causas principales que afecten la entrega en ruta.
