About the role

Bosch is looking for a Supervisor to lead a team of failure‑analysis technicians in its Ciudad Juárez plant. You will ensure that analysis activities support the production schedule while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all analysis‑technician activities required for the VS production line.
• Supervise staff in production analysis areas, organize workflow and monitor compliance with control plans.
• Ensure safety and product‑quality requirements are consistently met.
• Track and follow up on standards, ergonomics, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in similar manufacturing‑operations roles.
• Intermediate written and spoken English.
• Creative, proactive, analytical mindset with strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and apply deductive reasoning.
