Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will support demand planning teams by delivering data‑driven insights and helping improve forecasting and operational processes. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners to align supply and demand, ensuring smooth S&OP cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Analytics: develop and perform advanced analytical work for demand planning teams, using SQL, Power BI and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights.
• Process improvement: lead initiatives to enhance demand planning processes and drive operational excellence.
• Customer onboarding: analyze forecast trends, historical sales and inventory data to support S&OP cycles and provide visibility into risks and opportunities.
• Other duties: perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or supply planning.
• Proven track record of supporting or managing demand/supply planning processes.
• Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP or PMP are a plus.
