Supply Chain Distribution Analyst

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s supply chain team as a Distribution Analyst and help keep products moving across the network. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates hands‑on experience in distribution planning, demand‑replenishment processes, and daily problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system alerts and identify issues affecting distribution and replenishment flows.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions such as incomplete loads, system errors, and compliance topics.
• Track distribution performance and highlight in‑stock opportunities or risks.
• Follow up on pending shipments and coordinate with sites to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate daily with planning teams, distribution centers, and field teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and execute ad‑hoc analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of supply chain experience (internships or entry‑level roles acceptable).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel (data cleansing, pivot tables, pivot charts, VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with SAP or other supply‑chain systems.
