Supply Chain Solutions Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Solutions Analyst will support PepsiCo’s end‑to‑end order management and invoicing processes. Working closely with business units, field users and IT teams, you will ensure data integrity across master data, customer data, OTC, sales & distribution, warehousing and delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and resolve high‑volume incident tickets related to supply‑chain data and system failures, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and IT for issues involving SAP master data, OTC processes and sales‑distribution transactions.
• Design, maintain and enhance operational dashboards using Power BI and Excel to provide real‑time visibility of process performance.
• Drive automation initiatives with Power Query, Excel macros and Winshuttle to reduce manual effort.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for recurring data failures and coordinate permanent solutions with technical teams.
• Develop SOPs, training materials and ensure smooth shift handovers and clear communication across teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large data sets in a supply‑chain environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience managing incident tickets and delivering solutions within SLA timelines.
• Capability to lead process‑improvement and automation projects.
