About the role

Corning is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Super User to bridge the gap between Supply Chain and IT teams. In this role you will optimize supply planning systems, enhance data visibility and support digital transformation initiatives across the global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and fine‑tune supply planning systems, workflows, parameters, reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into system enhancements.
• Analyze system performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive automation projects.
• Support integrations, system upgrades, master data management and continuous improvement across supply chain technology platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics or system support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with supply planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP or OMP.
• Understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents and Machine Learning concepts.
• Programming or scripting experience in Python, VBA or JavaScript.
