About the Role

Join a global leader in the beverage industry and take a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products across all Costa platforms, including home delivery, out-of-home (PTS), and coffee shops. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be the driving force behind order management, stock accuracy, and demand planning, ensuring high service levels through strategic coordination with suppliers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of internal, external, and international orders, including warehouse coordination, carrier management, and preparation of customs documentation for global shipments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, warehouses, and production sites to ensure fluid information flow regarding quality and delivery performance.
  • Inventory & Allocation: Monitor stock levels and optimize product allocation based on shelf-life (SLE) to minimize waste and ensure maximum freshness.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Secure material availability for new product launches (NPD) and manage end-of-life transitions for packaging and discontinued materials.
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical data and utilize planning tools to forecast demand and proactively communicate potential supply disruptions to production sites.
  • Operational Support: Resolve invoicing and goods receipt discrepancies with accounts payable and support R&D projects and special initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination, order management, or demand planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistical problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with diverse business partners.
  • High attention to detail regarding inventory accuracy and documentation.
