Supply Planner – Inventory & Vendor Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Planner to manage inventory for a specific commodity, coordinate purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries from vendors. The role works closely with procurement, finance, traffic, and quality teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own all inventory assigned to the commodity and take corrective actions as needed.
• Place and follow up on purchase orders for all vendors.
• Regularly check in with assigned vendors to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Account for monthly Supplier On‑Time Delivery results.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendors on improvement actions.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies reported by finance.
• Notify the traffic team of pick‑ups at vendor facilities and follow up.
• Support quality team during DMRs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date master data for all purchased parts in the commodity.
• Escalate critical issues with procurement and support the supply chain leader in KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supply planning role.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English.
