Sustainability Supervisor – Site Operations

About the role

The Sustainability Supervisor will lead the integration of the One Production System (onePSS) across multiple plant sites, ensuring operational agility, efficiency, and compliance with QHSE standards. You will manage personnel, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act as the key liaison between production teams and operational excellence functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day plant operations, ensuring adherence to timing, quality, cost, and safety standards.
• Lead the implementation and sustainment of lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, TPM, VSM, Visual Management) across three sites.
• Manage staffing, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for production personnel.
• Facilitate the documentation of current versus standard production processes and maintain workplace housekeeping.
• Coordinate with LATAM Operational Excellence representatives to align site strategies with global excellence levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond).
• Monitor KPIs, assess change impact, and drive improvement programs through A3 problem‑solving.
• Promote a strong QHSE culture through training, audits, and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plant or industrial operations management, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large production teams.
• Deep understanding of QHSE requirements and continuous‑improvement frameworks.
• Ability to communicate effectively across functional interfaces and document processes clearly.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management).
• Production system integration and work‑bundle management.
• Performance‑metric monitoring and KPI analysis.
