System Administrator – IT Infrastructure

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a System Administrator to manage and modernize mission‑critical technology platforms for global clients. You will work on diverse projects, ensuring system stability, security compliance, and optimal performance across Windows and virtualized environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
• Manage VMware ESX infrastructure, including provisioning and troubleshooting virtual machines.
• Administer public and private cloud services, supporting migration and optimization initiatives.
• Monitor system health, respond to tickets, and prioritize assignments to meet client SLAs.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Windows Server administration and VMware virtualization.
• Hands‑on experience with public and private cloud platforms.
