System Administrator

About the role

iot-mty is looking for a full‑time System Administrator to join its on‑site team in Monterrey. You will play a key part in maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment that supports the company’s IoT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, network devices, and other critical IT systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely technical support to end users.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal operation.
• Apply cybersecurity measures, including patches, firewalls, and access controls.
• Assist with the deployment of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in system and network administration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
