Tactical Procurement Intern

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Procurement Intern to support our Supply Chain team. This internship provides hands‑on experience in a global manufacturing environment, exposing you to ERP systems, supplier management, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support material requirements planning based on production schedules and customer demand.
• Manage and analyse Open Orders and Open Requisition reports, track departmental KPIs and monitor supplier delivery performance.
• Assist in engineering change analysis, inventory management, and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (5th‑7th semester).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and ability to communicate with international suppliers.
• Proactive attitude, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Filters, basic formulas, data analysis).
• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus.
