Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter)

About the role

Jellyfish is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its global digital marketing agency. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you will ensure a seamless candidate experience while aligning hiring strategies with business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing recruitment blockers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication, feedback, and accurate role representation.
• Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other talent acquisition tools.
• Promote Jellyfish as an employer of choice via phone screens, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Support financial reporting by maintaining accurate recruitment data.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Contribute to global TA projects and coordinate tasks that advance the overall strategy.
• Source, engage, and pipeline talent across key markets using multiple channels, including early‑career programmes with universities and third‑party organisations.
• Screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
