About the role
ZF LIFETEC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support its Passive Safety Systems Division across multiple sites in Mexico, including Reynosa, Chihuahua, La Laguna and the R&D Center. The recruiter will drive strategic hiring initiatives, build diverse talent pools and ensure a smooth candidate experience for a range of functions such as Production, R&D, IT and Supply Chain.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for several locations, coordinating with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pools for Operations, R&D, IT, Supply Chain and other critical areas.
- Source passive candidates through databases, social media and professional networks.
- Apply HR best practices, monitor recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering strong relationships throughout the selection process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Minimum five years of experience in in‑house recruitment or agency environments, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Proven experience recruiting for Production Plants, R&D, IT, Supply Chain or similar functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, organizational ability and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
