Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full‑Cycle Recruiting

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own end‑to‑end recruiting for AJC Group’s Food and Logistics platforms across multiple countries. Reporting to the Global HR team, the specialist partners with hiring managers to translate manpower plans into quality hires while maintaining recruitment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life‑cycle recruiting: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, panel coordination, offers and onboarding hand‑off.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, referrals and direct outreach, including passive talent in the U.S. and internationally.
• Develop long‑term pipelines through university partnerships, career fairs, internship programs and industry networks.
• Manage agency relationships, negotiate fees and reduce spend by increasing direct sourcing.
• Maintain accurate BambooHR data, recruiting dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
• Provide hiring managers with clear pipeline updates and candid assessments of candidate fit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven success recruiting professional and commercial roles, including sales.
• Fluent English; professional Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting internationally for multi‑country organizations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BambooHR (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivots, reporting); exposure to Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered sourcing and screening tools.
