Tax Analyst

About the role

Clorox is seeking a Tax Analyst to lead tax planning, compliance, and reporting for its group of companies. The role ensures timely filing of tax obligations, optimizes fiscal resources, and supports internal and external audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file provisional payments of ISR, IVA, and national/international withholdings.
• Compile monthly IVA declarations and calculate the annual tax return.
• Submit annual informative declarations and coordinate tax opinions with external auditors and advisors.
• Respond to SAT (Mexico tax authority) inquiries and audit requests.
• Maintain records of provisional payments and generate internal fiscal reports.
• Implement tax strategies to improve resource efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in tax or compliance within multinational corporations or audit firms.
• Strong knowledge of ISR, IVA, DIOT, SIPRED, and current Mexican tax regulations.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Result‑oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
