Tax Coordinator – Hotel Finance

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels finance team as a Tax Coordinator and help ensure tax compliance, reporting, and financial accuracy across hotel operations. You will play a key part in delivering seamless guest experiences by handling tax matters with precision, integrity, and care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating tax compliance activities aligned with financial and operational objectives.
• Support preparation of tax filings, projections, and annual compliance schedules.
• Review tax data, reconcile accounts, and provide analysis for finance leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, and Night Audit teams to ensure proper tax treatment.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual tax‑related reports, ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory submissions.
• Validate tax calculations, ledger entries, and reconciliations against local tax laws.
• Share knowledge and support training initiatives within the finance team.
