About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. You will work remotely, partnering with engineering and product teams to source and place top‑tier technology professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, from posting to offer.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
