Technical AI Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical AI Project Manager to drive enterprise‑scale AI‑first initiatives. You will combine analytical rigor with cross‑functional leadership to shape strategy, execute programs, and ensure adoption of data and AI capabilities across product, engineering, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operationalize AI‑centric use cases aligned with enterprise data and platform strategy.
• Leverage advanced analytics to influence product direction, prioritize investments, and measure outcomes.
• Align engineering, data science, product, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions at scale.
• Translate business problems into scalable data/AI solutions and own end‑to‑end program delivery.
• Establish operating models, governance, and execution frameworks to drive predictability and accountability.
• Communicate insights, trade‑offs, and progress to senior leadership.
• Champion solution adoption and ensure measurable business impact.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks to embed innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program or product management, or data/AI leadership roles.
• Demonstrated track record delivering enterprise‑scale AI/Data initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience working in global, matrixed environments and influencing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Data modeling, metrics definition, and performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, and agentic systems.
• Familiarity with modern AI stacks, data fabrics, and automation frameworks.
