Technical Integration Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Integration Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this position you will help clients implement LexisNexis Risk Solutions products, combining deep technical knowledge with consultative expertise to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples to support client implementations.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Own communication with sales and clients through to resolution.
• Support installation, implementation, and configuration activities while maintaining project plans.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and third‑level XML support.
• Contribute to team initiatives, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong consultative skills, including active listening and collaboration.
• Experience resolving client issues using data quality concepts and tools.
• Previous consulting experience and fluent English.
