Technical Project Manager – Digital Intelligence

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Technical Project Manager to join its Digital Intelligence Practice Group in Mexico City. The role focuses on delivering complex digital intelligence solutions, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring projects meet client requirements and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and translate technical requirements for each project.
• Assign, prioritize, and follow‑up on activities of subject‑matter experts across IT infrastructure, technology integration, equipment installation and consulting.
• Lead meetings where technical specifications are defined and reviewed.
• Review and refine technical documentation, including electronic/electrical diagrams, communication‑device specifications, server and virtualization designs, and metal‑mechanic plans.
• Oversee execution of technical work, approve work schedules, and monitor progress against contracts.
• Coordinate logistics, negotiate with suppliers, and communicate technical issues to manufacturers.
• Plan and review test protocols for UAT, FAT and SAT, and ensure delivery of high‑quality reports and manuals.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience integrating technologies to deliver complex solutions.
• Strong deductive and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.
