Technical Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to lead a team of developers, oversee daily technical operations and ensure that code standards and project timelines are consistently met. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coaching, process improvement and the integration of AI tools to optimise pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting complex issues and maintaining system performance.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on‑premises and on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Supervise, train and mentor developers and technicians, conduct performance reviews and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor metrics, scrum boards and Jenkins job health, creating automated workflows such as Jira ticket generation.
• Translate business problems into concrete AI solutions, leveraging Vertex AI and MLOps practices.
• Handle administrative duties including HR processes, 1:1 meetings and facilities management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, artificial intelligence and cloud engineering.
• Proven experience with GCP, pipeline migrations and Vertex AI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach junior developers.
