Technical Support Trainee (3‑month project)

About the role

Enroute is seeking a motivated Technical Support Trainee for a three‑month project, with the possibility of extension. You will join a high‑impact team that designs, builds, and evolves a customer‑facing application, gaining hands‑on experience in incident handling and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams.
• Handle incidents, perform hands‑on troubleshooting, and conduct data analysis to identify patterns.
• Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or appropriate teams following SLA guidelines.
• Document issues, steps taken, and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate closely with senior support engineers and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software fundamentals and programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Ability to analyze technical problems methodically and work with logs and dashboards.
• Clear written communication for documentation and ticket updates.
• Attention to detail, strong follow‑through, and willingness to learn support workflows and escalation paths.
