Technical Trainer (AS400) – 8‑Week Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver an intensive 8‑week AS400 training program for a project‑based team in Polanco, Mexico City. The role requires delivering both theoretical and hands‑on sessions in English to ensure participants gain practical competence with the IBM i platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training on the AS400 (IBM i) system.
• Follow the predefined project curriculum and guide participants through each module.
• Respond to technical queries in English and provide real‑time troubleshooting.
• Assess and report on student progress and mastery of the system.

Required profile

• Proven, verifiable experience working with AS400 environments.
• Native‑level or business‑level proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Immediate availability to work on‑site in the Polanco area.
