Technical Trainer – Data Encryption & Application Security

About the role

Thales is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead enablement for its Data Encryption and Application Security portfolio across LATAM/AMER. You will bridge engineering road‑maps with real‑world customer implementations, delivering hands‑on training to partners and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end training lifecycle – scheduling, resource planning, and classroom delivery.
• Conduct technical courses and workshops in both English and Spanish, covering Thales encryption, authentication and cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to stay aligned with product road‑maps and gain exposure to live deployments.
• Translate customer‑facing training materials into Spanish and support bilingual delivery.
• Partner with Channel teams to certify partners and coordinate with Customer Services and Finance on training operations.
• Develop deep expertise in data protection products deployed at large enterprises.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Technical Lead or Customer‑Facing Engineer.
• Strong background in encryption and data security solutions (HSM, Data Security, Application Security).
• Working knowledge of IT security, PKI and cryptography fundamentals.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
