Technical Trainer

About the role

KMS Technology is looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for internal teams and external customers. The role blends deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills to turn complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training workshops, webinars, and hands‑on labs.
• Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, guides, documentation, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify training needs for new features and technologies.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously improve content.
• Support onboarding by providing technical training for new hires.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in technical education.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or related fields.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public‑speaking skills.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
