About the role
The Technician I/II is responsible for performing technical duties within established time frames while supporting continuous improvement projects. This position contributes to operational efficiency and helps maintain high standards of confidentiality and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Execute technical tasks and activities according to schedule.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems proactively and propose corrective actions.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning knowledge of job content.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree (desired).
- Successful track record in previous work experiences (desired).
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience (desired).
