About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on Technician to support vehicle maintenance and repair activities in a workshop environment. The role ensures that work is correctly documented, communicated and that continuous improvement ideas are implemented.
Key responsibilities
- Check availability of tools, parts and maintenance information, retrieving items from the warehouse as needed.
- Perform visual inspections of vehicles and components, washing parts when required.
- Start, execute and finalize work orders, including stamping and documentation.
- Search for technical information in the system and apply appropriate work methods.
- Manage any deviations, communicate them to the workshop manager and propose solutions.
- Maintain a clean work area, return tools after use and follow up on improvement plans.
Required profile
- Upper secondary school education (or equivalent).
Required skills
- Vehicle inspection and visual assessment.
- Tool and parts handling in a workshop setting.
- Work order initiation, execution and completion.
- Use of maintenance information systems for data retrieval.
