Technology Project Manager – Wind Energy

About the role

ENERCON is looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects for wind energy systems. You will drive projects from planning through concept development, validation and hand‑over for product integration, contributing to the future of renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional technology projects for wind energy systems.
• Achieve project goals and technology readiness across planning, concept development, validation and hand‑over phases.
• Ensure transparent project progress, early challenge identification and appropriate countermeasures.
• Take responsibility for on‑time delivery, budget adherence and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree (Diploma or Master’s) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience managing complex projects, preferably with a project‑management certification.
• Extensive practical experience in wind turbine or wind energy technology development.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong quality awareness and assertiveness.
• Fluent in English and German with intercultural experience.
