Technology Recruiter – Mexico

About the role

Tiger Analytics is seeking a seasoned Technology Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its Mexico operations. You will work remotely with flexibility while partnering with hiring managers to attract top professionals in data science, AI, machine learning and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for the Mexico team, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring panels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, collect feedback and calibrate the hiring process.
• Engage senior consultants to leadership‑level candidates.
• Develop partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting environment with global operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience hiring for data science, analytics, data engineering and machine‑learning positions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work authorization for Mexico (no visa sponsorship).
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑growing company.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and related collaboration tools.
