About the role

We are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our Malting and Malt operations in Mexico. The role involves supporting the analysis of barley and malt, ensuring quality and food safety in the laboratory, and contributing to validation activities.

Key responsibilities

Register data and prepare detailed reports of all analyses performed.
Operate laboratory equipment to measure physical‑chemical parameters of raw materials.
Conduct barley and malt analyses during reception, storage and cleaning processes.
Provide technical support for quality‑control activities.
Maintain food‑safety standards and documentation in the laboratory.
Execute routine validation procedures to ensure method reliability.
