Test Technician

About the role

Flex is seeking a Test Technician to support SMT lines in Aguascalientes. The role focuses on providing technical support for ICT/FCT test equipment, analysing output data and driving continuous improvements in the testing area.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain test instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Troubleshoot and adjust ICT/FCT test equipment to prevent SMT fault escapes.
• Implement improvements and new programs for test equipment.
• Analyze equipment output data, detect deficiencies and propose corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to SMT production lines and ensure compliance with customer test requirements.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 operating systems.
• Understanding of electronics and electrical concepts (110 V/220 V).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with ICT/FCT testing equipment.
• Experience using general tools to support production lines.
