TPM Engineer – Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

About the role
The TPM Engineer will lead Total Productive Maintenance initiatives across our production sites, delivering professional maintenance training and driving continuous improvement in a metal‑mechanical manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver TPM and professional maintenance training to production and maintenance teams.
- Monitor, analyse and report equipment performance indicators.
- Execute TPM activities and support continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and maintenance records.
- Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
- Travel between plants as required to ensure consistent implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance within the metal‑mechanical industry.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, professional maintenance, lean manufacturing and quality tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel between sites.
