Trainer – Operational Training & Certification

About the role

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking a dedicated Trainer to ensure all operational personnel are properly trained, certified, and capable of meeting the company’s high‑voltage product standards. The role supports the development of employee capabilities and maintains compliance with quality and safety policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of training plans and programs across multiple shifts.
• Process and deliver skill certificates, integrating them into physical employee files.
• Update and maintain course and competency matrices.
• Conduct operator certification and recertification processes.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external courses, including invitations and scheduling.
• Serve as an internal instructor for various shifts.
• Participate in internal and external audits and update the TRESS system as needed.
• Train new hires, transferred staff, and personnel on development plans.
• Maintain compliance with annual training goals, 6‑sigma activities, and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to improvement projects and uphold Spellman’s code of conduct and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of training delivery and certification processes.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or high‑technology environment.
• Ability to manage training logistics and documentation accurately.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
