Training Specialist (Filorga)

About the role

We are looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences for the Filorga brand. The role will support sales teams, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors and other medical staff across Mexico, helping them master product knowledge and sales techniques. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and directly contribute to brand awareness and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and develop comprehensive training programs on Filorga products and skincare science.
• Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions for sales force and medical professionals nationwide.
• Create and continuously update presentations, videos, induction plans and digital learning materials.
• Translate and adapt international training content to the local market.
• Design assessments, track performance and report on training outcomes.
• Oversee logistics and distribution of training assets such as brochures, kits, banners and maintain brand tools like the vademecum and patient brochures.
• Utilise modern learning platforms and applications to enhance training reach.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align training with commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, learning & development or educational content delivery.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
