Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs for KIA Mexico. Working closely with multiple business areas, you will ensure training initiatives align with operational needs and comply with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute training programs across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
• Deliver the various training courses implemented in KMX.
• Analyze evaluation results and measurement tools to assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain and update training‑related reports in SAP.
• Handle invoices and payments for external training suppliers.
• Ensure legal compliance of all training activities according to STPS requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or a related field.
• Experience with on‑the‑job training methodology.
• Strong knowledge of L&D theories and methodologies.
• Proven experience in training compliance (STPS).
• Understanding of learning strategies.
• Fluent English.
