Transport Center Planner

About the role

The Transport Center Planner provides first‑line support for daily transport activities, ensuring smooth workflows and high service standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage scheduling, claims, and documentation while driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily transport operations, coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
• Assist with delivery scheduling, cross‑dock operations, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage end‑to‑end claims processes and transport documentation, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Identify inefficiencies, contribute to process‑improvement projects, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance trends, and prepare daily/weekly reports (on‑time performance, VAT, inventory balances).
• Administer transport systems and tools, maintain accurate data entry, and resolve technical or operational issues.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in transport operations, planning, claims management, and system administration.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate operational issues.
• Capability to monitor KPIs and contribute to data‑driven decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external partners.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Transport Management Systems (TMS) – ability to administer and maintain transport platforms.
